Current Shipping Information:
Currently, my shipping time frame, outside of watercolors which need time to cure, is less than 1 week from purchase. Watercolor shipping information is in each listing. I am currently remaking batches of watercolors to have regular stock rather than making to order, so anything that I have made will just ship sooner than originally expected.
Cancellation Policies:
You can cancel subscriptions at any time. Current subscriptions will still ship as usual. The following shipment will not as the cancellation takes place.
Refund Policies:
Refunds are not available on any digital items due to the instant download option. Refunds are not available on sale or clearance items. Physical regular price items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipment.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
